Vantaggi
The work environment is super positive. People are friendly, and the culture overall feels supportive. The hiring process was smooth, and the company values are genuinely solid. Pay is fair, and the schedule is one of the best things about working here. It's as close to a consistent routine as you’ll get in this industry, which makes life a lot easier.
Svantaggi
Management isn’t very organized and doesn’t really keep tabs on what’s happening during shifts. It’s frustrating to watch folks who clearly aren’t pulling their weight still get tons of hours, while others end up picking up the slack. You rarely see your manager, and when you do well, the “reward” tends to just be more work. No bump in pay, just more responsibility. Leadership feels kind of disconnected. The monthly meetings feel like fluff, and the CEO mostly just says what people want to hear. For a company that’s clearly trying to stay afloat, they might want to ease up on the big-ticket perks like unlimited PTO, paid trips and sabbaticals, until things are more stable.
