You will never be good enough here and they will only remember the screw ups you've done, never the 100 other good things. - A very obvious disconnect between management and the team. - Don't expect to only do what you're tasked to do in your job description. - Preaches about empathy being one of their values but I guess that doesn't apply to their employees because not an ounce of empathy was seen during my time here. - Their proudest "benefit" is the pantry which is not a benefit, anyone can get their own snacks. - Pays you dust with little increment but gaslights you into thinking that other agencies won't give you the same increment (they're right because other places give you better)
