Be prepared to work long hours with low pay, have poor to nonexistent work-life balance, be spoken to disrespectfully by your colleagues, receive false promises and minimal coaching from management, and constantly change processes. Managers are entrepreneurs, not good leaders. They don't know how to work positively, constructively or empathetically with employees, inspire motivation, or educate. Cutthroat environment, unchecked bad behaviors and lack of accountability breed hostility and resentment among staff.

The company is very flexible with your schedule. They trust the work you do, so as long as you are doing a good job, they are happy. Unlimited PTO is also a huge plus that gives you some extra space to breathe when you have worked really hard for a long time and just want a few days off to recover.

The product is great, but due to its complexity, it becomes difficult for new hires to learn the platform quickly.
