Highest attrition I've ever seen. So many talented employees that left in the last 2 years. It's really alarming. Leadership needs to do better. Messy work environment Constant leadership team changes and reporting structure changes. Disorganised company goals that change constantly. Very slim chance for employees to make it past probation as leadership changes their mind on business needs in that period. Some leaders who don't bother using slack and take days to respond to important messages from team members, that's if they bother to respond at all. They are not aware of the role and level of work their direct reports are doing and instead they request quick updates before presenting on a company update meeting so they 'appear as if they are clued in'. Constantly different teams working on completely different goals that don't align with one another. The list of cons could go on and on..... If you are looking for a long-term role then avoid!
