A decent health/vision/dental plan and Taco Tuesday used to be the main attraction. Employees now enjoy free barista-brewed beverages and a free full gym membership thanks to growing agency partnerships. There are plans to improve our health and dental as well. - Office space is fun and unique with free local beer on tap, free parking, minutes from downtown with gorgeous views. - Base salary has seen vast improvements. While it still remains relatively average industry-wise, the bonus structure offers a significant salary boost overall. - Hours are flexible, workload is manageable, and working remotely when needed is no problem so long as deadlines/goals are met. - Autonomy is not only valued and encouraged, it's expected.
