You know me well enough to know that I always welcome both positive and negative feedback from our team and I wish you had come to me directly if you were ever feeling overworked as the hours you were tracking did not reflect this. From the day you were first hired I shared with you if you ever need anything at all to come to me directly as we always strive to make Socialfly the best workplace for our team. While I respect your thoughts, I respectfully disagree with many of your statements including that you or anyone else is expected to work when you are sick. It would be nice to have a open conversation together and I would welcome a phone call. You have my direct cell phone number and email and I truly look forward to connecting.
