Received promises when I first started of a bonus, salary increase and a 40 hour contract. NONE of these happened. People leaving all of the time because no one wants to be there. Upper management is appalling and are quick to criticise but offer 0 praise and don't celebrate staffs successes. Salary is pitiful considering the amount knowledge that is involved. Received a lot of customer complaints and returns over my time there which is embarrassing when someone is spending up to £6000 on a sofa.
