From upper management complete disaster,not care about you after you leave the depo(except if you call them for some issue with the customer),managers downstairs are trying to banals the things but not much they can do as one of the main bosses dictate them how to do the things.( hayes depo)as he Is doing the thing like is he's own company with agreement with the main boss there ofcourse
