No micromanagement, decent salary, standard benefits, freedom of consultancy. I think most employees can agree that this is a decent place to work, but it really depends whether you find the assignments interesting. You might be stuck with one customer for a long time.

Can feel like a staff agency, not a lot of projects to choose from, sold too cheap to "important" customers, no company culture, customer comes first -attitude - maybe good for the customers but at your expense. People are not treated equally even if you are lead to think so. No team spirit, except maybe the service now guys.
