DONT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY EVER. The company don't have any pros, work life balance is zero, you work like a donkey in this company, your day will starts from 10:00 AM and goes till 10:00PM, the CEO of the company is in USA so he conducts meeting according to his time, The daily scrum starts and 9:00 PM and you don't even have time to have dinner. Plus the people in the company are very rude, they will not help you and scold you if you made even a little bit of mistake. I don't feel comfortable with the environment of my team, everyday I have morning fears and i just keep thinking about it and this has caused a lot of stress and i feel like i am mentally harassed. I am not able to focus on my work and give my 100% to it, Everyday in the meeting or in some other way i am insulted, the tone of my team lead and others members are harsh and disrespectful, and whenever i try to give my 100% and complete work on time my work is never appreciated by them. The environment around me is poisonous and due to all this negativity I had countless sleepless nights and i had a break down in my confidence too, and i believe no one should go through these situations so, i decided to discontinue Sofmen, and also the company didnt even pay my last month salary, its been more than two months, i mail them about salary but they did not respond to my mails.

Work-life balance issues: Frequent overtime is expected, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Poor learning environment: Instead of encouraging problem-solving or debugging, there is pressure to quickly deliver code (always relying heavily on AI), which limits real skill development. Low salary growth: Salary hikes are minimal and not aligned with effort or performance. Strict and rigid policies: The workplace feels overly restrictive (fixed timings, limited interaction), creating a school-like environment rather than a professional one. Weak HR and management: Communication, employee support, and overall management practices need significant improvement.
