Condescending responses when they were asked for assistance. Absolutely no communication after "hired" on, unless they were directly contacted. They basically just sat back and collected the money that I made working. All business was done through email, which can be convenient, until you need a quick response.. All hiring paperwork was done through e-sign, but when asked for a "copy" or information, you were told "it was sent by email in hiring paperwork." Communciation barriers existed and was very difficult because of the company's "green card" program.
