Great working environment- you are encouraged to bring forth your own ideas and try them out. Softchoice really tries to live and breathe their values.

As the company grows the working space seems to be shrinking. There is sense of cramming as people as possible into the space we have.

Management does not listen and executives are fed bad information to action on. Director and VP level folks control the narrative and make bad decision after bad decision
