Softchoice invests in intense training and provides it's employees with the tools they need to be successful. Secondly, I love being challenged and working outside my comfort zone and this job has definitely done that.

Management does not listen and executives are fed bad information to action on. Director and VP level folks control the narrative and make bad decision after bad decision
