What you describe is not at all consistent with the Softchoice that I know – nor is it consistent with the Softchoice employee experience we aim to provide. “Taking Care of Each Other” is one of our core values. We have a number of avenues for current employees to confidentially report breaches of our Employee Code of Conduct.
