They've made it more expensive to get medications, more difficult to obtain reimbursements and just plain cut other awesome benefits that made them stand out for example, the "green commute" incentive Currently in a wage & bonus freeze however, the CEO and SLT still receive enormous salaries Internal resources are so over worked its difficult for sales cycle to close in a timely fashion unless you're close with someone in the area you need assistnace with. Not enough training provided to sales to focus on areas of the business the SLT want to see grow Very overworked for minimal compensation
