Performance is directly linked to portfolio received, work expectations are sometimes excessive, relationships with sales team could be improved, training can be lacking, hard to maintain high commissions year over year.

Management does not listen and executives are fed bad information to action on. Director and VP level folks control the narrative and make bad decision after bad decision
