      Great environment that fosters personal and professional growth. I have been at Softchoice for 6 years and held three different positions, all have been challenging and rewarding. Incredible amount investment in the success of their people that I am very thankful for.

      Hard to come up with any that don't seem not picky. I would say some of the perks that used to set us apart have become normal in our metro.

      Management does not listen and executives are fed bad information to action on. Director and VP level folks control the narrative and make bad decision after bad decision
