The company doesn't communicate with itself and does not give employees access to use much of the technology that they are trying to sell to customers. Work happens inefficiently in silos. The company culture is more of a brand than a reality. The technology industry is growing dramatically, however, Softchoice is not growing. Companies like Borders and Blockbuster missed their opportunities to evolve. Softchoice appears to be going down the same road. Too little, too late.
