- Very mediocre benefits. Consistently stripping away more and more benefits as years pass. Rewards often imbalanced for effort put into the company.
- Management can be very unskilled, underqualified, and frankly outdated. Unreliable as managers and a mentors altogether. Projects (I've been through ~9 already) often fail due to lack of proper guidance. Management tends to settle on weak, unrefined solutions that cause many problems and stress later, but they do not know any better.
