Great people on the sales team. Hires from within.

Was questioned by my manager after 4 separate vacations why my numbers show no contact with my current customers during the corresponding weeks. It’s called vacation. I also did talk to most of them because my account manager was terrible but I talked to them on the phone and via teams, which don’t show up in their “contact metrics”.

Management does not listen and executives are fed bad information to action on. Director and VP level folks control the narrative and make bad decision after bad decision
