Old formal managers, bad salary, old technology, salary raises are not even related with the inflation, performance management system is very very bad and not fair, management decisions are not taken regarding of employee problems, there is no technology company culture, its more like old boring bank culture, not close relations, bad life-work balance, no overwork payments. If you have self-respect, stay away from this company. The worst thing you can do as a software engineer in this century is to start working here
