1. Will extract time, energy and resources of every fresher for about 100 working days without paying them 2. After 100 days, if they want they can hire and too fire without any proper reasons. 3. For permanent employees, no work life balance system, will expect you to sit at the office even if the office hour is over or you have completed your task. 4. Even house help get much higher amount of salary than the engineers / developers working there 5. Poor growth or no growth, no use of advanced technologies, still stuck to PHP, html, javascript . 6. No inspiration to make large and great

I would request folks not to get swayed by this 5 star Google reviews because mostly these are sponsored, bias or spam. The 'director' and his comrades of the company spam the social media and other Internet platforms with misleading ads of offering free training program to anyone as if it's their moral responsibility to society. But the actual agenda is to earn huge revenue by exploiting needy candidates and firing them any time without citing any reason. People have to work full time in the name of training without expecting a single penny as well as have to endure the extreme bad and weird behavior of the 'director'. If any person go to this company for attending interview then he/she have to be fully prepared to face aggression and insulting words of 'director'. The director of this company won't ask any technical question and would be more interested in checking the design of the CV. Next, he would say that he would hire the candidate but before that he/she have to undergo training program for 2 to 3 months without expecting any stipend or salary. If anybody refuse and leaves the place then again they have to be fully prepared to face the constant abusive phone calls from this director. The director claims that his company uses cutting-edge technology for day-to-day work but in reality the employees there still rely on older technology and copy-pasting codes from various sources to do any project.
