It is all about the people! We have our staff to thank in creating the culture we have here, and thank you for being a part of it! Not sure if you’ve seen the kitchen and kitchenettes’ lately, but I can’t leave there without stuffing my face with something delicious someone left for everyone else to enjoy! The company does also provide fresh peanuts everyday to snack on, a continental breakfast at our Second Friday meetings, pop-up bbqs, holiday luncheon, winter party affair with a fabulous buffet, and summer picnic at a camp or Phillies. Plus, we now offer very low cost healthy snacks as part of the Wellness committee’s recommendations. No one cares more about SofterWare and its staff than our CEO. Except for his family, he says it's his greatest joy, and it's all because the people that work here. Our CEO, like many others, is focused on the success of our clients and staff.
