None, the management has no hidden agendas against you like it is usual in many corporations, the work place truly feels like it cares for you and that you are valued and important.

Good office. Pet friendly. No pressure. Friendly co-workers. Company top management is very friendly, will always listen and help if anything is needed. Good variety of snacks in the kitchen and every Friday free lunch which we order from restaurants.

Not much cons. If only more trainings/certification
