The only worst company I have joined, Do Not to join the Noida branch No shift timing, No work-life balance, Treats as like we are servent, No work culture. If you speak on policies they directly ask to resign or Terminate by themself, And can not trust on joining letter they can change it after joining according to them. No Training for any new assignment. Just assign work to you and ask to complete it at a time which is not possible all the time. Lack of resources, You will be assigned for any technology and you do not have time to learn.
