badly paid too much nepotism (managers that are managers, because they are lot´s of years in the company - and not because they are qualified) production process is very slow no innovation, main business ideas just copied from the competition "the Spanish Problem" = difficulties to be realistic due to the management constellation no courage to sign experienced people (e.g. from competitors)

Great company to work for in EUROPE but not USA. Good working spirit and a family feel in Barcelona. In Barcelona they really make you feel like you are part of something big. Many perks like massage, ability to travel to Barcelona, snacks and coffee in the offices.

USA culture/ operations are completely different from Europe. USA is not focused on personal development or strengthening the team but on very aggressive sales goals under strict micro-management. Salaries between males and females for the same position with similar goals can vary by $30,000 base (male dominated). Determine the goals prior to hire so you can seek compensation that reflects your goals.
