Softonic used to be a fun place to work. Pre-ERE employees were a great group of people all working towards a goal. There was a hint of improvement post-ERE, but quickly fell away.
Svantaggi
Low pay and raise structure only compensated for standard of living. EU standards and ethics. The company was so focused on creating sales deals, management wanted other departments to assist without question. Big lack of clear promotion guidelines and would rather hire from outside than develop employees. Even with less employees, company is still bloated and not agile enough to know its market.
