Great company to work for in EUROPE but not USA. Good working spirit and a family feel in Barcelona. In Barcelona they really make you feel like you are part of something big. Many perks like massage, ability to travel to Barcelona, snacks and coffee in the offices.

USA culture/ operations are completely different from Europe. USA is not focused on personal development or strengthening the team but on very aggressive sales goals under strict micro-management. Salaries between males and females for the same position with similar goals can vary by $30,000 base (male dominated).
