Great products that are suitable to sell to large complex customers as well as mid-size developing and more nimble organisations . Open culture and energetic people. I have not been to HQ yet, but I am told it is a great culture with committed and passionate people . Impressed at being able to retain Adabas & Natural customers for so long and have such a positive user-base .

May have left our wM user base alone at times for too long, but committed now to rectify that. Seems a little process-driven and not flambouyant enough . I am a leader, so up to me to change that I guess :-)
