Vantaggi

SAG has Good products, smart people, is customer focused, and limited bureaurocracy. Compensation plan is average to above average...not stellar.

Svantaggi

Needs more proactive marketing in the US. There doesn't seem to be a focus on building the brand in the US. However, supposedly that is changing w/ the SAG presence in silicon valley.
