With the wrong Manager, working would be not that fun. Pretty much fix Bonus, which is less than 1.5 months. Yes....same point Only if there is urgent call, there will people people chasing you for update. Culture not as same as German staff. But similar, yes, they are better HR and Management will have double standard when hiring new staff. There will be preferential, there will be non-standard hiring process. Is people problem, not the company
