Absolutely Direction less and no scope of improvement!! Great lobbying and be close to boss to get all benefits. Most slackest and laziest are provided with maximum increments but for actual revenue getters peanuts .... hope all these should be highlighted to Karl Heinz... At least one thing is for sure that i get sound sleep at night not to worry is that earning hard earned money with dignity & honesty and not by day light robbying or dishonesty or asslicking with bosses or any other cheap means. Hoped to see changes with new boss taking over one of the thieves we had ruling for last 3 years, but little hope left with new boss. No policies defined and if anything is there is purely favoring management which also is like a loot with hard work , sweat or blood of consultants .... Getting worse day by day. Best of the breed consultants and most important very lovely persons left organization but it doesn't impact any of the management .... as FAT salary is credited every month end ... so no worries for these PiGs..
