They buy you during the interview process and then it's a complete different company once you are in there. People are hiding behind tons of useless and non-logical processes to avoid responsibilities and pretending they are busy doing something. There is a huge lack of internal communication at all levels, general strategy, team objectives and between employees. Some managers don't know how to manage experienced people, will not ask questions to guide their teams.. they are just there to collect the check at the end of the month.
