The products a brilliantly engineered compared to places I've worked in before and the company has leadership that most believe in. There is a focus on building the company on customer success and customer value.

There is a tiny minority of people who just can't see (or won't see) the positives of changing a business into a modern, customer focused organisation - this might get in the way. The quality bar is very high - great for customers, some inside might find it a lot of pressure.
