-They expect you to support a very large variety of programs and platforms while giving you little to no information on most of them. -The pay is a little more then half of what this type of job usually pays from the research I've done. -The management likes to promise improvements, but it's now been almost 2 years since the promised improvements like raise opportunities and a system for imputing and tracking your hours. -There are almost a dozen people on the day shift and the night shift has 3 to cover and since we are open 24/7 there is no chance of changing hours or getting time off. But management says it's the perfect amount of people.
