Pathetic Company in terms of working environment and hygiene - Recensione dipendente - PHP Programmer presso Software Sales and Development

The owner runs this office from his house so you can always hear unwanted family arguments about extra marital affairs, family feuds etc. No dress code or decorum. You can attend office in pajama suits because the owner himself wears one during office hours. Only regional language is entertained, seldom anyone communicates in English! The office toilet is more like Public Loo, stained and stinky. No one complains either. Dusty desk and floor is a routine. They don't care even if you have dust allergy. We have been hearing that the company is shifting to a new location for almost 6-7 months. No big deal, they are always KIDDING! Had this company operated abroad, they would have been sued by employees.
