No company is perfect. While we grow, there are things that evolving(formalizing procedures etc) that come along with any growing company.

There are a lot of benefits to working here. It's a growing company with a great atmosphere, passionate and helpful coworkers and senior management, and a love of knowledge and technology. The working environment itself is busy, but flexible for work/home life. There's a lot of opportunity for travel and personal and professional growth. The empathy for female employees with maternity needs is also a plus.

The pay was on the low end of market value and for the cost of living in my area. Also wearing many hats in the job could be seen as a plus but as a personal preference I did not enjoy it.
