This company has some of the best coworkers that I have ever worked with. Fully stocked kitchen, lunch provided by the company on a weekly basis, and flexibility in the work schedule.

The biggest problem that WAS at Softwise was a now former manager who did not fit into the culture well. Legacy code is a bit of a headache, but the future is looking promising

Softwise has the best benefits I have ever seen in a company. Newly restructured leadership is headed in the right direction. The atmosphere is one of teamwork, creativity, and hard work. The people are very smart and experienced in what they do. The company strives to produce the highest quality and best functioning product in the industry. They are always looking to the future, while learning from the past.

Going through some growing pains of replacing their legacy product with their next generation product.
