Everyone here is an expert of certain area, we're all woking hard to make products that not exist before, we believe our technology and products will be life changers. In addition, since SunCulture is startup company with small number of employees, we all treat each other friendly. 2. Nice working environment. SunCulture Solar has great offices located in the heart of Silicon Valley - Mountain View. It has well decorated rooms, fully Mac based working environment, Herman Miller chairs etc. are better than most of larger companies. 3. Clear vision and innovation product lines. Although there is no product published yet, the company has a clear vision of its product lines; we all know we're working on the future of solar energy. 4. More opportunities. Woking here is not only a job, it's the process of making great products. Startup always means better opportunities, for learning new knowledge, gaining different area of experience, of course making life different. 5. Good benefits.
