Promote learning and personal development. 5. Annual Picnics, Annual day celebrations, birthday parties, monthly games and other celebrations I have seen only at Solace. You don't see so much enjoyment at other companies in Nashik. 6. You get chance to work on offshore projects and interact with clients. 7. HR Department has become much active now. 8. On time salary. This is best thing of company where they always pay before 5th of month without missing and I saw that from many years. You will find rare companies like this in Nashik.
