Company is structured well and you can tell there is good intent from leadership. Incentives are good, competitions are frequent, resources are pretty easy to access.

The biggest downfall with solar pros is its relationship with freedom forever. It largely depends on the market you are selling in but you will inevitably encounter the worst install timelines ever with absolutely nobody who can help or give a clear and concise solution.
