I enjoyed the work I did. Some of my co-workers were great. Insurance premium was paid by the company. Lots of free food. Christmas bonus.

Moved to St. Augustine on the hopes of being part of something great. Based on recent reviews I've read, absolutely nothing has changed. Everything was reactive rather than proactive. Was told my year worth of accrued PTO was being taken away due to changes in the company handbook and I would only be eligible if I agreed to change to a salary position (with no pay increase). They eventually made it right but really left a bad taste in my mouth. Suggestions for improvement were ignored. Quality standards were disregarded to get product out the door on time...something I refused to participate in. Hiring unqualified people based on looks.

Leadership lacks experienced management. Efforts to optimize since 2008 have seen limited success. Operates like a start-up despite being founded in 2006. Workplace culture issues, including unprofessional relationships. Hiring primarily from the local area limits diversity of ideas. Atmosphere of fear and negative views on former employees. Some employees need second jobs to make ends meet. Inexperienced heads of departments without proper mentoring.
