Amoral Company - Recensione dipendente - QSHE Trainee presso SolarFrame

I considered not writing this review, but after reflection situation this could have affected someone with a mortgage and a family (luckily I have neither). Therefore, I feel like it is in the best interest that everyone knows what this company is about. I came down from a management role in another company to start as a QSHE trainee with these idiots, taking a £6000 pay cut in the process on the promise I would receive valuable training and experience. They let me work my months notice at my previous employer, worked for them for 2 days before the owner decided to come back from sunning himself in his luxury home in Devon, to make 12 people redundant out of the blue, before proceeding to drive off in to the sunset in his two week old electric Porsche. If you look at companies house, the company cannot possibly be in financial difficulty, this was clearly done on a whim with no consideration of the human element. Maybe the owner needed additional funds to charge the Porsche with the current cost of energy? We'll never know. Either that or I've misread their financials and they're going bust, happy days! The factory was run down and falling to bits, and everyone looked thoroughly miserable, if anyone commented on anything it was negative. The office staff didn't seem to know what their job roles were when I was introduced to them. I can only presume because the company is poorly structured and managed, I wonder where that comes from? Would definitely recommend not dealing with these clowns in any capacity.
