Have fairly good initial solar training. When I worked there in 2013 they were full inhouse, turn-key service company - from design to solar system materials to installation. Provided leads to sales force.

At time of my employment, commissions seemed light but reasonable. I can only speak for my experience but felt post-classroom training was lacking. A talented salesperson could slip through the cracks here when on-the-job training is insufficient. Could be better at life-work balance issues employees will inevitably face at some point during their tenure.
