- Work culture did not promote enough diversity and inclusion in the workplace. The atmosphere gave off a fraternity/sorority feel. - This office location seems to be a more sales-oriented/focused working environment. Any other departments beyond that did not hold the same value. - Leadership/upper management was mediocre at best, non-existent at worst and severely lacked in engaging with employees. - Employees that carried seniority and a certain personality type were heavily favored and were given more value. - Products were OK; however, customers were consistently being deceived of pricing and any changes made to products or subscriptions were never communicated, resulting into massive cancellations and huge account losses. - No formal training in place, be it for on-boarding/new hires or a new billing system being implemented. Training is so foreign in this company. - Colleagues were only friendly to a caliber of their own, adolescents.

Amazing office space in Charlotte with a strong emphasis on work-life balance. There are plenty of social events and networking opportunities that help employees stay engaged and build relationships across different business units. The recent IT reorganization has created a unique opportunity to participate in system and process design initiatives. While this level of change and transformation may not appeal to everyone, it offers valuable experience for those who enjoy shaping new processes and driving organizational improvements. I am optimistic about the direction of the organization and confident in the vision and leadership of the new IT management team.
