As employees from Pulse-secure fade and a group from Polycom takes over the product organization, the newly minted leaders who have yet to accomplish deliverables in the last two years take over the reins. The amount of nepotism keeps breaking levels never seen before. The preference for favorite individuals has led to a significant imbalance within the organization. We are inundated with excessive presentations and strategies, which have yet to transform into anything meaningful. Negligible customers, insignificant revenue. During meetings in the past, we have discussed the market worth $xxx million for some of the businesses which Solarwinds can capture. Why don’t we share concrete progress regarding $$’s numbers we made in these markets for this quarter, or tell us how many customers have started using the much talked about AIOPS feature ?

Amazing office space in Charlotte with a strong emphasis on work-life balance. There are plenty of social events and networking opportunities that help employees stay engaged and build relationships across different business units. The recent IT reorganization has created a unique opportunity to participate in system and process design initiatives. While this level of change and transformation may not appeal to everyone, it offers valuable experience for those who enjoy shaping new processes and driving organizational improvements. I am optimistic about the direction of the organization and confident in the vision and leadership of the new IT management team.
