An extremely sexist place and frankly dangerous for female employees. There is no way to move up into a better position. The operators are mistreated. The female technicians are constantly insulted. Human Resources is a joke. It's a completely racist and sexist environment. Within the first hour of working there I was groped by an older male employee, and nothing was done by HR. The pay is way too low for graveyard shift. You have to be white and male to be taken seriously. I was written up for not smiling enough. Keep in mind this is a graveyard, no customer interaction whatsoever, production line job. Basically I was written up for not flirting with management. This place is a joke, it's unsafe, it's a sweatshop in disguise. If your a white male bachelor looking for something to pay bills and get production experience, go for it. If you want a decent job with future options, ethics and work values, look elsewhere you can do better and deserve better. Unless they have drastically changed in the last 6 months, Don't work here. It's a terrible company run by terrible people. Worst soul sucking, two faced, pathetic excuse for a job I have ever been a part of. They should get sued and go out of business.
