The hard skill that you learn in the office is very specialized to the solar industry, though you also learn other soft skills such as time management. Therefore, you'd better develop your own skill in your free time if you want a career.

The workplace environment is super unprofessional. The management and supervisors are only there to assert their power, talk inappropriately (cursing, yelling, and openly discussing sensitive topics/ politics). They wont teach you anything and expect you to know how to do everything beforehand, also if anything goes wrong they WILL blame you. I was put in charge of doing the workload for an entire team all by myself and even picking up and doing the work for sales people when they don't want to. This place made me extremely uncomfortable working for and i would avoid working here, regardless of what role your get offered. Don't forget they offer a raise after 1yr but coincidentally "forget" and when asked they will try to point out everything you do wrong and micro-manage you from there on.
