Visiting pediatric and family clinics. One of the managers was good.

Worst company culture. The owner and the son who is human resources allow it and they can not be trusted. Low pay for the work. Competitors pay more. State of Texas almost shut down the office because of rats and rat crap all over the nebulizers. Everybody complained for almost a year but the cheap owner didn't care and allowed the office to get sick. Oh yea and forget about health insurance.

Lots of work to do, friendly and helpful co-workers, little to no patient interaction (other than phone calls), pretty quiet workplace, motivated and cooperative management, 401k + Vision + Dental + Life insurance, free lunch fridays. Management is very understanding of personal and family emergencies and will help balance your hours.

Sometimes monotonous. Some work is tedious.

Chill, pretty quiet environment. Casual dress. 8-5 schedule, weekends off. Company provides lunch on Fridays.

No room from growth at all. Management staff shows favoritism and also does not have pleasant energy. Management team talks about employees to other employees (very unprofessional). Lots of work for little pay. No medical health insurance offered. If full time, vacation time starts accruing after 6 months of employment. (2 weeks vacation offered) No sick or personal time offered, so you have to use your vacation time when you are sick.
