      There are practically no pros to working here. If you consider going to someplace with your own money with little expectation of them coming back.

      Its a SCAM, look it up in Reddit about the Door to Door scams and this is one of them. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM. NO ONE EVER STAYS AT THIS PLACE EXCEPT THE ONE WHO HIRES. I would give negative on this if I could.

      The freedom here is incredible. I am a very self-motivated and independent person and I thrive with performance-based awards, so the environment of Soledad is perfect for me. The culture here provides a really nice balance between independent work and teamwork. I love that I can work on my own and for the most part, work at my own pace and determine my own results, but I also love the team pow wows, the energy and camaraderie are really great.

      This job is only for people who are very self-motivated. If you need constant supervision or uplifting, this is not for you. I have seen people come and go, because they were just not the right fit for our company culture and they couldn't motivate themselves to do well.
